Numerous articles have run in the papers since my book was published.  I would like to clarify a couple of points.  The accident I was involved in which claimed the life of another inividual was due to a  change in medication.  That change was a non-siezure related medication ordered by my former Neurologist. Under Michigan law, I was entitled to drive.  At no time did I ever drive outside of the State laws or against medical advice.  This should clarify any misunderstanding or misinterpretation on behalf of any person who may have read the articles.

Also, there was a full police investigation of the accident scene and toxicology testing immediately following the accident.  All toxicology reports came back negative showing there was no substances in my system that would have imparied my ability or judgment to drive. Upon completion of the police investigation, I was found innocent and cleared of all wrong doing or malicous intent.
